Abstract:
A storage probe card positioning device and system. The positioning device comprises a base (1), a rotating portion (2), at least two mounting portions (3), positioning portions (4) corresponding to the mounting portions (3), supporting portions and lifting mechanisms (7), wherein the rotating portion (2) is arranged on the base (1), and can rotate relative to the base (1); the mounting portions (3) are mounted on the rotating portion (2), and rotate along with the rotating portion (2); the positioning portions (4) are used for positioning storage probe cards, and are correspondingly mounted on the mounting portions (3) by means of driving portions; the driving portions drive the positioning portions (4) to move along the mounting portions (3); the supporting portions are arranged above the rotating portion (2), and support the storage probe cards; and the lifting mechanisms (7) are arranged at the bottoms of the supporting portions, so as to drive the supporting portions to move in a direction perpendicular to the rotating portion (2), so that the storage probe cards placed on the supporting portions fall on the positioning portions (4). The positioning device can be adjusted according to the specifications of the storage probe cards, so that the positioning requirements of the storage probe cards of different specifications are met.
