Abstract:
A storage processing device (30) mounted in a vehicle (2) which has an automated driving function and which is capable of switching between a first driving state in which the intervention of a driver in the driving operation is unnecessary, and a second driving state in which the intervention of the driver in the driving operation is required, is provided with a date and time acquiring unit (S101), a display image acquiring unit (S102), and a storage processing unit (S108, S113, S115, S117). The date and time acquiring unit acquires date and time information indicating the current date and time. The display image acquiring unit acquires display image data representing an image captured by means of a display imaging device (31) for imaging a display region (100) in which information for the driver, relating to the driving state, is displayed. The storage processing unit stores the display image data in a memory (83) as evidence data, in association with imaging date and time information, which is the date and time information at the time the imaging occurred.
