Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a storage unit, a storage device, and a method for operating the storage unit. The storage unit comprises: an anti-fuse transistor, wherein same comprises a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, and the anti-fuse transistor is formed by a metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor; and gating tube, wherein the gating tube is electrically connected to the gate electrode of the anti-fuse transistor, the gate electrode and the source electrode respectively form two ends of a first anti-fuse capacitor, and the gate electrode and the drain electrode respectively form two ends of a second anti-fuse capacitor. Thus, the area of an anti-fuse structure can be reduced, and the storage capacity of the storage unit can be improved.
