Abstract:
Provided is a store in which it is possible to realize commercial transactions by a simple configuration, the commercial transactions being highly safe and smooth for both a store side and a user side. The store has a sales device for displaying commodity information and selling a commodity to a user who has come to the store, and an automated warehouse for storing the commodity sold by the sales device and conveying the commodity to an outlet for the commodity that is provided to the sales device. The automated warehouse is provided with: a shelf in which a shelf board is configured from a belt conveyor, the belt conveyor being provided in multiple stages; and an elevator in which the commodity conveyed by the belt conveyor is mounted. An ejection opening of the shelf, through which the commodity is ejected from the shelf, is provided on the elevator side of the shelf, and a loading opening, through which the commodity is loaded onto the shelf, is provided on the side of the shelf opposite the elevator side. The belt conveyor causes a belt to move toward the ejection opening when the commodity is loaded.
