Abstract:
Provided is a straddled vehicle, wherein it is possible to achieve a compact and strong vehicle body and also to achieve a general-purpose vehicle body that can be used for various power systems. This straddled vehicle includes a drive motor, a control unit, and a gearbox. The drive motor is disposed so as to be displaced from the center of the straddled vehicle in a first direction, from among the first direction and a second direction that make up the straddled vehicle left and right directions, and so as not to overlap the power supply unit when viewed in the left-right direction. The control unit is located in the second direction relative to the drive motor, overlaps the drive motor when viewed in the left-right direction, and is disposed so as not to overlap the power supply unit when viewed in the left-right direction. The gearbox is rigidly fixed to a frame body, rockably supports a rear arm, is located in the second direction relative to the drive motor, overlaps the drive motor when viewed in the left-right direction, is located in the first direction relative to the control unit, overlaps the control unit when viewed in the left-right direction, is disposed so as not to overlap the power supply unit when viewed in the left-right direction, and constitutes a frame structure together with the frame body.
