Abstract:
Disclosed is a straight-forward hydrostatic servo power spindle head, wherein a servo motor (1-1) is connected to one end of a lead screw (1-3) by a coupling (1-2); one end of a lead screw connection plate (1-4) is connected to a lead screw nut (1-16), and the other end of the lead screw connection plate (1-4) is connected to a spindle sleeve (1-9); the spindle sleeve is located within a spindle sleeve cast shell (1-14) in a spindle head casting shell (1-10); the lead screw (1-3) and the lead screw nut (1-16) rotate and drive the spindle sleeve (1-9) to move back and forth; bolt-type cylindrical roller mounting holes are oppositely provided on two sides of the lead screw connection plate (1-4); two bolt-type cylindrical rollers (1-5) pass through the bolt-type cylindrical roller mounting holes on the two sides of the lead screw connection plate, and are in rotary connection with a locking nut (1-8); and the two cylindrical rollers (1-5) are in rolling cooperation with bolt-type cylindrical roller base plates (1-6) on inner wall surfaces of elongate round holes (1-15) on two sides of the spindle head casting shell (1-10). The spindle head can satisfy the requirement of high speed motion, has a high rigid cutting capacity, and can also realize friction-free movement between the spindle sleeve and the inner wall of the spindle sleeve shell in the spindle head casting shell. Further disclosed is an operation method for the straight-forward hydrostatic servo power spindle head.
