Abstract:
A straight hole drilling method for a drilling machine, suitable for drilling an extraction borehole in an underground coal mine. A drill bit (6) is arranged on a section of round drill rod (5) so as to start hole drilling work; after a borehole is drilled to the depth of one section of the drill rod, a section of a threaded drill rod (3), of which the outer diameter is the same as that of the drill bit, is connected to the drill bit; drilling continues until the threaded drill rod enters the borehole (4), after which the round drill rod (5) is connected; and drilling is conducted according to a general method until the drill bit reaches a designated position. Said method has the advantages of a drilling trajectory being straight, operation being simple, and slagging being effective; the problem wherein a borehole deviates from a preset trajectory due to a drill bit being unevenly forced may be effectively solved; furthermore, the threaded drill rod is convenient to buy, the price is inexpensive, and drilling cost is low.
