Abstract:
A straight pipe for a comprehensive bamboo composite pipe gallery, and a pipe gallery formed by straight pipes communicating with each other. A pipe body of the straight pipe successively comprises, from inside to outside, a liner layer, a structural layer, and an outer protective layer along a radial direction; the structural layer is formed by winding the liner layer with bamboo, and adding a fire retardant resin to perform bonding and curing; the structural layer is separately formed by alternately stacking a first winding layer formed by the axial spiral winding of an annular bamboo strip curtain on the pipe body along the length direction of the bamboo strip curtain, and a second winding layer formed by the axial spiral winding of an axial bamboo strip curtain on the pipe body along the length direction of the bamboo strip curtain; a minimum width of a spiral winding edge of the first winding layer is not smaller than 1/4 of the width of the bamboo strip curtain; the minimum width of the spiral winding edge of the second winding layer is not smaller than 1/5 of the width of the bamboo strip curtain; the spiral winding edge of the first winding layer is not overlapped with that of the second winding layer. By improving a structural size specification of a bamboo strip in a structural layer of a pipe body and a winding process, the present invention makes a fabricated straight pipe and a corresponding pipe gallery have good strength and fire retardant performance.
