Abstract:
A straight-through type funnel-shaped carbon canister oil-tank cover comprises an oil-tank inner cover (1) and an oil-tank outer cover (2). The oil-tank outer cover (2) is disposed above the oil-tank inner cover (1). The middle part of the oil-tank inner cover (1) is provided with a cavity (3) having an opening at the upper end. A ventilation cover (4) is disposed in the cavity (3). The ventilation cover (4) divides the cavity (3) into a filling cavity (31) and a volume cavity (32). An air guide clearance (33) is arranged between the outer wall of the ventilation cover (4) and the inner wall of the volume cavity (32). An oil sucking filler (5) is disposed in the filling cavity (31). An air intake and discharge hole (11) used for guiding oil gas volatilized from an oil tank into the volume cavity (32) is formed in the bottom surface of the volume cavity (32). By means of the oil-tank cover, a small amount of oil entering the volume cavity (32) and the filling cavity (31) can rapidly flow back to the oil tank along the oil/gas flowing direction under the effect of a negative pressure of the oil tank, the long-time soak of activated carbon in the filling cavity by oil is avoided, the activated carbon is effectively protected, and the adsorption performance of the activated carbon is maintained.
