Abstract:
A straight tooth cylindrical gear for eliminating a gap, comprising a main gear (1), an auxiliary gear (2), fixture blocks (3) and springs (4), wherein the main gear (1) is provided with a cylindrical boss which is coaxial with the main gear (1), and sliding surfaces (1-1) are produced on the cylindrical boss; the auxiliary gear (2) is provided with a big hole (2-1), spring holes (2-2) are formed in the wall of the big hole (2-1), and the cylindrical boss of the main gear (1) is inserted into the big hole (2-1) of the auxiliary gear (2); the fixture blocks (3) are provided with a bottom surface (3-1), an arc surface (3-2) and a concave pit (3-3); the bottom surfaces (3-1) of the fixture blocks (3) are in sliding contact with the sliding surfaces (1-1) of the main gear (1), and the arc surfaces (3-2) of the fixture blocks (3) are in sliding contact with the wall face of the big hole (2-1) of the auxiliary gear (2); the distance from the side of the arc surface (3-2) close to the concave pit (3-3) to the bottom surface (3-1) is greater than the distance from the opposite side to the bottom surface (3-1); and the springs (4) are compression springs, and two ends thereof are embedded into the spring holes (2-2) of the auxiliary gear (2) and the concave pits (3-3) of the fixture blocks (3) respectively. The described device has the advantages of transmission force not being limited by the elastic force of the springs, a gap in the gear side being automatically compensated, and the structure being simple.
