Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] Provided are a strain-inducing body capable of being produced at
low cost, having high deformation stability, having excellent restoring ability,
and easily moldable; and a force sensor and an acceleration sensor that are of
a capacitance type and have the strain-inducing body. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE
PROBLEMS] The strain-inducing body has a first eletroconductive strain-inducing
section and a second strain-inducing section constructed from a plate-like
member harder than the first strain-inducing section and insert-molded in the
first strain-inducing section.
