Abstract:

The present invention is capable of removing air bubbles contained in a liquid and preventing the removed air bubbles from re-contaminating the liquid. A second filter part, having a substantially cylindrical shape formed by folding a thin sheet-like filter medium into pleats and joining both ends, is provided inside a first filter part having a substantially cylindrical shape formed by folding a thin sheet-like filter medium into pleats and joining both ends, in a manner such that the second filter part does not come into contact with the first filter part. A substantially cylindrically-shaped outer tube, having a height greater than the first filter part and the second filter part, is provided outside the first filter part in a manner such that the outer tube does not come into contact with the first filter part. In a substantially disk-shaped top plate covering the top side of the first filter part, the second filter part, and the outer tube, a plurality of first air vent holes are formed between the outer tube and the first filter part in planar view and a plurality of second air vent holes are formed between the first filter part and the second filter part in planar view.
