Abstract:
Disclosed is a tube-shaped storage package that stores a strand, and that has a tube-shaped core rod that is mounted to the central section of the bottom section of a storage vessel; the aforementioned strand is a continuous plurality of loops; the storage starting end of the aforementioned strand protrudes; and each of the aforementioned plurality of loops is stacked with an incrementally offset winding center around the axis of the aforementioned storage vessel.
