Abstract:
A stranded wire twisting device of a reinforcement binding machine, comprising a twisting shaft (33) and a hook part (38) having fork parts (37, 44) formed at the front parts of removers (34) fitted onto the twisting shaft and bent in forward rotating direction from the fork part front end of the twisting shaft, wherein the removers are allowed to drivingly rotate only in forward direction by a one-way stopper mechanism and, when the twisting shaft and the removers are drivingly rotated in forward direction, a stranded wire loop is hooked to the hook part (38) and then twisted and, when the twisting shaft is reversely rotated after the twisting is completed, the removers are stopped to rotate by the one-way stopper mechanism and only the twisting shaft is reversely rotated to move the hook part (38) to the rear side of the fork parts (44) of the removers (34) so as to remove the stranded wire engaged with the hook part (38) by pressing the fork parts (44).
