A strap assembly (100) of a head-mounted device, and a head-mounted device. The strap assembly (100) of a head-mounted device comprises: a fixed casing (10); a strap casing (20), the strap casing (20) being rotatably provided on the fixed casing (10); and a loudspeaker (30), the loudspeaker (30) being provided in the strap casing (20). The loudspeaker (30) and the strap casing (20) define a front sound cavity (301) and a rear sound cavity (302) which are spaced apart, and the strap casing (20) is provided with sound outlet holes (231) communicating with the front sound cavity (301).
