Abstract:
A strap-clasping-typed safe tension device for vehicle comprises a handle (4), ratchet wheels (5), a frame (6), a pull (19) and a big baffle plate (12) for locking the ratchet wheels (5). A torsion spring fixing clamp (16) is pivotally attached to the tail portion of the pull (19) by a torsion spring shaft (17) and a torsion spring (18), and the pull (19) is connected to the big baffle plate (12) by the torsion spring fixing clamp (16). The strap-clasping-typed safe tension device for vehicle can set a releasing pull of a common tension device as a strap-clasping type. The tail portion of the pull is fixed by the shaft (17) which is sleeved with the torsion spring (18). The shaft (17) and the torsion spring (18) are put into the torsion spring fixing clamp (16) together. In this way, a pivotal connection is formed between the pull (19) and the big baffle plate (12). In a free state, the big baffle plate (12) can be driven by pulling the pull (19) to perform a releasing action and the like. After the fabric strap is strained, the pull (19) is opened around the pivot shaft (17), and then the excess fabric strap is placed. The fabric strap can be tightly pressed by the pull (19) under the action of the torsion spring (18).
