Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hand/foot strap for tubing band exercise. Instead of using a cylindrical handle made of plastic, a strap made of a fabric is ergonomically worn on a hand and a foot. It is possible to make engaging portions, which are wound around a hand and a foot, and a ring portion, which is used to retain a tubing band, through sewing using a single strap. The strap has ring portions on both ends thereof in order to retain a tubing band. A ring strap portion on one side is folded diagonally, ends of the two rings for retaining a tubing band are superimposed at the same location, and the diagonally folded portion is sewn. In this manner, an ergonomic shape can be formed such that the same can be wound around a hand and a foot appropriately. In connection with retaining of the tubing band, no ring or device made of plastic or metal is used, but two rings are formed through sewing on a strap made of a fabric and are used to retain the tubing band. Moreover, both a hand and a foot can be utilized. Exercise can be performed after stably fitting the strap around the back of a hand, the palm, the top of a foot, and the sole. The strap can be made as a single piece without using plastic and metal materials. Therefore, the strap can be purchased at a low cost and can be used more safely for exercise.
