Abstract:
A stratified scavenging piston, comprising a piston body (8), wherein an annular groove (7) is provided at the upper end of a side surface of the piston body (8), two symmetrically arranged auxiliary scavenging recesses (2) are provided at the upper end of the side surface of the piston body (8), two symmetrically arranged scavenging recesses (4) are provided at the lower end of a side surface of the piston body (8) corresponding to the auxiliary scavenging recesses (2), cylindrical slots horizontally penetrating the piston body (8) are provided inside the scavenging recesses (4), the two scavenging recesses (4) are in communication by means of the cylindrical recesses, the middle of each of the cylindrical slots is in communication with the bottom of the piston, a piston pin (3) is movably inserted into each of the cylindrical slots in a penetrating manner, a second recess (6) is provided at the upper end of the side surface of the piston body (8), and two symmetrically arranged first recesses (5) are provided at the lower end of the side surface of the piston body (8). The stratified scavenging piston has a simple structure, and by additionally providing the first recesses (5) and the second recess (6), the direct discharging of unburned fuel oil mixed gas alongside with exhaust gas can be reduced, so as to improve the fuel oil efficiency, thereby reducing the fuel oil consumption ratio, reducing waste gas emissions, further saving on catalysts, reducing costs, and facilitating use.
