A straw fermentation process and device thereof, the said process comprises (A)feeding the materials, (B)heating the materials and preserving the temperature and fermenting, (C)discharging methane, methane liquid and methane dreg. The said device comprises (Ⅰ)a dry fermentation equipment including fermentation jar, speed reducer, stirrer, heat exchanger, straw valve, temperature sensor and controller; (Ⅱ)hydraulic circulating fermentation equipment including fermentation jar, heat exchanger, feeding port, inner film, outer film, safety valve, bleeder valve, blower, temperature sensor, electric valve, circulating pump, check valve and control system; and (Ⅲ)straw pusher including hopper, supporting frame, controller system and hydraulic system.
