Abstract:
A streak material for movable sections that has multiple actuation streak materials such as conductive wires provided in a prescribed parallel arrangement, within a flat-band like sheath member, and which has the portion of the sheath member that will become the outer-side, when the sheath member is bent, made to have a higher rigidity than the inner side portion. Since, on the one hand, this streak material (1) for movable sections will be bent, when an external force is applied, to the side having lower rigidity between the two sides of a sheath member (2) having different rigidities, and on the other hand, the bent portion will be maintained at a prescribed curvature due to the rigidity of the sheath member (2) as a whole, the streak material (1) is not liable to meander when an end portion of the same is moved or the location of the bent portion is changed, and moving an end portion or changing the location of the bent portion can be conducted in a stable state. In addition, since there will be no need for a protection guide, the installation space can be made narrower, and the cost necessary for protection guides can be reduced.
