Abstract:
Provided is a stream data processing method wherein query processing of received stream data is carried out using a computer equipped with a processor and a memory. The computer carries out the processes of: receiving a stream definition that defines data that constitutes a tuple of stream data, a query that processes the tuple, and a data interpolation definition for executing interpolation in between the data when there is any loss in the data constituting the tuple; receiving stream data and forming a tuple on the basis of the stream definition; determining whether there is any loss in the data constituting the tuple; setting, when there is data loss, a prescribed mark indicating that there is data loss in the data; replacing, when there is any prescribed mark set on the data constituting the tuple, the prescribed mark with a value in accordance with the data interpolation definition; and processing the tuple with a query for the tuple.
