Title:
STREAM OF VARIATION METHOD FOR TENSION PREDICTION IN FLEXIBLE MATERIAL REEL-TO-REEL PROCESSING PROCESS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/052117
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A stream of variation method for tension prediction in a flexible material reel-to-reel processing process. The method comprises the following steps: performing kinetic analysis on a flexible material reel-to-reel processing and manufacturing system module; establishing a kinetic equation of reel roller releasing, reel roller taking in, reel roller driving and reel roller guidance in the system module; extracting a tension fluctuation influence factor by analyzing the kinetic equation of reel roller releasing, reel roller taking in, reel roller driving and reel roller guidance, and using the influence factor as an input variable of a stream of variation model; respectively establishing a tension transmission system state equation of reel roller releasing, reel roller taking in, reel roller driving and reel roller guidance; recognizing the structure and parameters of the tension transmission state equation by means of a stepwise regression method and a Tobit algorithm, to obtain a complete tension transmission system state equation; and calculating a tension value of each work position by means of the tension transmission system state equation, and realizing the quality evaluation of the processing process of the reel-to-reel manufacturing system according to the tension values.
