Technical Field This invention is about a streamlined jump rope of built-in length control. In its grip part the rope. is stored. In detail, a rotating wheel, in which spiral spring is enclosed, is set inside grip part. Then with locking system, rope is rewound on the wheel.. The rope is pulled out from the wheel to use as much as jump rope player wants and after play, the push of the control button let the rope be rewound again to store the rope and carry.
The invention solves the problem of difficulty and inconvenience on length control and on storing troublesome rope after play. The jump rope of invention is good for its unique and streamlined design that makes players to hold the grip part in easy way without slippery. So far many kind of jump ropes come out but they are mostly at the level of easy revolution and counter function. Since big issues of jump rope are length control and storing the rope after play, there has not been much improvement on those.
It has been still hard to control the rope length and inconvenient dealing with placement of rope after play.
Disclosure of Invention The purpose of the invention is to provide the easy, handy and clean jump rope with its unique system of storing rope inside jump rope grip part. The jump rope is made to pull out as much as needed, and to rewind automatically with simple touch of the control button.
According to the invention, a rotating wheel is set on the upper grip part. The spiral spring is enclosed in the flank side of the wheel. The end of rope is fixed to the wheel and the rope is wound round the wheel at the beginning. The wheel and the control button are interlocked together. With the push of the control button, the latch system is unlocked and the rope, once pulled out to play, is to be rewound for the elasticity of the spiral spring. Once pulling out the rope, the elasticity of the spring occurs. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention The desirable example of the invention is explained as follows with drawing 1,2,3,4 enclosed.
A wheel (7 of the drawings enclosed) is set to rotate inside the plastic grip part of the jump rope.
The rope (9) is connected to the wheel and wound up and stored on it. The spiral spring (11) is stored in the side of the wheel. The control button and the wheel are interfaced as latch system (4 and 8 of the drawings).
In detail explanation, the latch parts are built in the control button (3) and wheel. With push of the button, the rope is to be pull out or rewound. Without push of the button, the rope could not be pull out or rewound because of the latch system. The spring of uplifting the control button makes the latch part of the button to be geared tightly with the counter latch part of the wheel. In the beginning, the rope was stored on the wheel.
To play jump rope, push the control button and pull out the rope through the gate of plastic grip part. When the rope is pull out, the elasticity of spiral spring occurs and tends to rewind the rope. But the latch system of the button and wheel lock the elasticity.
After play, or when to reduce the length of rope, with pushing the button, the elasticity of the spiral spring comes to work and the rope is rewound same as beginning on the rotating wheel. With this invention, people can pull out the rope as much as they need in easily pushing the control button.
