Abstract:
The present invention actively utilizes a client connected to a server by a communication network and connected to a microphone, a sensor, and a camera, etc., and thereby makes good use of the client for various applications. A client (A) is provided with a street information collection unit (A-1) for collecting street information, a provision determination unit (A-2) for determining whether or not this street information is the one that needs to be provided to a server, and a first transmission unit (A-3) for transmitting, to the server, the street information the supply of which is determined to be necessary. A server (B) is provided with an analysis unit (B-3) for analyzing the street information, a determination unit (B-7) for determining a client for the information determined on the basis of the analysis result to be provided, and a second transmission unit (B-7) for transmitting the information to the determined client.
