Abstract:
The present invention relates to a strength training device, comprising a plurality of modular units, the modular units comprising bases. Two adjacent modular units are arranged in the length direction of bases, and are fixedly connected and/or rotatably connected, such that the bases of the two modular units jointly form an arched structure of which the bottom surface protrudes downwards. In the strength training device provided by the present invention, the arch-shaped base protruding downwards is formed, and the arch-shaped structure has seesaw-type instability, such that balance training can be performed thereon, or the difficulty of related training can be increased or targeted training can be performed by controlling balance or making imbalance in conventional training, thereby improving the exercise effect; the present invention is simple in overall structure, rich in functions and attractive in appearance, satisfies a user requirement for targeted strength training, and is particularly applicable to the strength training and balance training of chest muscles, waist muscles and arms.
