Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stretchable fabric for bandages, said stretchable fabric being easy to wind for a wearer, closely sticking to the wearer's skin and being capable of achieving a stable fixation power.
In the stretchable fabric (10) for bandages, warp yarns (1) comprise ground warp yarns (1a) constituting one face of the fabric together with weft yarns (2), pile yarns (1b) positioned over a plurality of weft yarns (2) adjacent to each other in the warp direction to thereby form loops on the other face of the fabric, and elastic yarns (1c) imparting stretchability in the warp direction, wherein the maximum elongation in the warp direction of the fabric is 40-80%.
