Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a stretchable sheet that, when stretched in a first direction, does not readily shrink in a second direction which is orthogonal to the first direction. The stretchable sheet of the present disclosure has the following configuration. A stretchable sheet (1) is provided with a first direction (D1), a second direction (D2), and a thickness direction (T) that are orthogonal to each other, and is used by being stretched in the first direction (D1), wherein the stretchable sheet (1) is characterized by being constituted by a layered sheet (9) that includes a first nonwoven fabric (3), a second nonwoven fabric (5), and an elastic sheet (7) disposed between the foregoing, the elastic sheet (7) having, in a prescribed tensile strength test, a tensile strength ratio of 0.8 to 5.0 for a second tensile strength in the second direction (D2) to a first tensile strength in the first direction (D1), and the stretchable sheet (1) being provided with a plurality of dot-shaped joint sections (11) that join the layered sheet (9).
