Title:
STRETCHABLE SHEET MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/141913
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A stretchable sheet manufacturing method in which stretch-processing is performed by sandwiching a sheet between a pair of rollers, the peripheral surfaces of which have recesses and protrusions that mesh together as the pair of rollers rotates. In response to a line stoppage signal, the interval between the pair of rollers is made longer than an operating inter-roller distance during the stretch-processing, and in response to a line activation signal during line stoppage, the interval between the rollers is returned to the operating inter-roller distance. The stretchable sheet manufacturing method has: a sheet processing step in which the stretch-processing is performed on a sheet which has been conveyed between the pair of rollers that rotate at the operating inter-roller distance; a line stoppage step in which sheet conveyance is stopped in response to the line stoppage signal; and a line activation step in which sheet conveyance is started due to the line activation signal being received during line stoppage when sheet conveyance is stopped. During the line stoppage step, the interval between the rollers is set at a stoppage inter-roller distance, and during the line activation step, the interval between the rollers is returned from the stoppage inter-roller distance to the operating inter-roller distance.
