Abstract:
A stretching device includes: a pair of link devices 10L, 10R for transporting and stretching a film; and a heat treatment part covering a central part of the pair of link devices 10L, 10R. Each of the link devices 10L, 10R has: a supporting table 15; rails 13, 14 disposed on the supporting table 15; a positioning means for positioning the rail 13 in a rail position 72; and a positioning means for positioning the rail 13 in a rail position 73. Placement of the rail 13 in the rail position 72 or the rail position 73 makes a stretch ratio of a film 8 variable.
