Abstract:
The present invention relates to a massage chair and, more specifically, to a stretching massage chair which can provide not only a topical massage function to the lower body of a seated user, but also a fatigue recovery effect on a body part or the whole body through stretching of at least one of the upper body and the lower body while the massage chair apparatus is rotated backwards. To this end, the stretching massage chair of the present invention is a massage chair formed in a chair shape to provide a massage function and comprises: an upper body part for supporting the back of a user; a seat part supporting a hip part of the user and having one side hinge-coupled to the lower side of the upper body part; and a leg part having one side hinge-coupled to the other side of the seat part and supporting or fixing the user's legs, wherein the upper body part is rotatably coupled to a support frame part by a hinge shaft of the support frame part, and the upper body part has a structure capable of forming an inverted posture by rotating backwards around the hinge shaft by the driving force of a main actuator.
