Abstract:
A string end fitting houses therein an end of a string provided to fasten part of clothes, a storage bag, or the like and firmly secures the end in a retained state. The string end fitting is provided with a string insertion port through which the string itself can pass but a knot in the string cannot pass, a housing recess which communicates with the string insertion port, is bored in one surface of a flat fitting body, and can house the knot in the string, and a projection which is formed in the housing recess and can catch a remaining end of the knot in the string, thereby making it possible to catch and fasten the remaining end of the knot. Further it is possible to reduce the thickness and conceal the string end from the surface side.
