Abstract:
A string fixing device has a plug (10), a tubular socket (20) having an opening (20F) into which the plug (10) is inserted, and a spring (17) received in the socket (20) and urging the plug (10) in the direction in which the plug (10) is pushed out of the socket (20). A first insertion hole (12) is formed in the peripheral wall of the plug (10), and a second insertion hole (22) is formed in the peripheral wall of the socket (20). The second insertion hole (22) can be connected to the first insertion hole (12) when the plug (10) is pushed into the socket (20) against the force of the spring (17). That end surface of the socket (20) in which the opening (20F) is formed is a sloped surface sloped relative to the direction in which the plug (10) is pushed.
