Abstract:
A strip material automatic deviation correction system, comprising a microcontroller, a sensor module, A photoelectric isolator, B photoelectric isolator, a human-machine interaction module, a stepper motor driver, a relay module, and a wireless communication module; the sensor module is connected to the A photoelectric isolator, a signal output terminal of the A photoelectric isolator is connected to a signal input terminal of the microcontroller, a signal output terminal of the microcontroller is connected to a signal input terminal of the B photoelectric isolator, a first signal output terminal of the B photoelectric isolator is connected to the stepper motor driver, a second signal output terminal of the B photoelectric isolator is connected to the relay module, a first signal input/output terminal of the microcontroller is connected to a signal input/output terminal of the human-machine interaction module, and a second signal input/output terminal of the microcontroller is connected to a signal input/output terminal of the wireless communication module. The advantages of the present invention are: 1) high deviation correction precision; 2) preventing frequent reciprocating movement of the deviation correction mechanism; 3) fast processing speed; and 4) supporting mobile telephone mobile terminal queries.
