Abstract:
A strip steel bending and rolling device for sewing machine production parts. The strip steel bending and rolling device comprises a base (1), a rotating disc (2) provided at the top end of the base (1) in a penetrating manner and a support (5) provided on one side of the top end of the base (1), and limiting rollers (6). A pushing mechanism is provided at the top end of the support (5), and the pushing mechanism comprises a sliding groove (8); the sliding groove (8) is formed in the surface of the top end of the support (5); and two ends of each limiting roller (6) are sleeved with sliding blocks (7) matching the sliding groove (8), and a moving block (9) is provided at the top end of each upper sliding block (7); a first sleeve (10) is provided on one side of the moving block (9); fixing blocks (11) are symmetrically provided at the top end of the support (5); one side of each fixing block (11) is in threaded connection to a pushing bolt (12) for pushing the moving block (9), and the first sleeve (10) and the pushing bolt (12) are connected in a sleeving manner, so that strip steel having different thicknesses is subjected to positional limitation, it is ensured that the strip steel having different thicknesses is bent and rolled, and the stability of the strip steel during bending and rolling is improved.
