Abstract:
Provided is a stripline filter (1), a ground electrode (9) of which is provided on the bottom surface of a substrate (2) and grounded. Principal-surface pathways (3A to 3E) are provided on the top surface of the substrate (2), and the substrate (2) and the ground electrode (9) constitute resonators. Input and output electrodes (10A, 10B) are provided on the bottom surface of the substrate (2) and are connected to one of the resonators. Lateral-surface pathways (5A to 5D, 6A to 6D, 7A, and 7B) are provided on the lateral surfaces of the dielectric substrate (2) and glass layers (12, 13). Wrap-around electrodes (15A to 15D, 16A to 16D, 17A, and 17B) are formed on the top surface of one of the glass layers (13). The other glass layer (14) is provided with cutouts (14A) that open to the top and lateral surfaces. The wrap-around electrodes (15A to 15D, 16A to 16D, 17A, and 17B) fit inside the cutouts (14A).
