Abstract:
A stripping device, used to strip a product from a mold core. The device comprises a bottom plate (1), a pneumatic cylinder (2), a holder (3), a positioning assembly (4). The pneumatic cylinder (2) is vertically fixed to the bottom plate (1) and a piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder points upward. The holder (3) is used to hold and secure a product, and the product is connected to the holder (3) via a connection block (5). An axis of a mold core (P) is parallel to an axis of the piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder (2), and the mold core has a terminal end portion exposed from an upper end of the holder (3) and pointing upward. The positioning assembly (4) is used to position and secure the mold core (P). The positioning assembly (4) comprises a positioning post (41) perpendicular to the mold core (P), a securing plate (42) used to secure the positioning post (41), and a locking member (43). The mold core (P) is sleeved on the positioning post (41), and tightly attached to a side face of the securing plate (42) under a pressure from the locking member (43). The stripping device of the present invention enables automated stripping to save time and manual labor, thus improving operation efficiency.
