Abstract:
Disclosed are a strong current connector and a power socket of applying the same. The connector is a clamping and locking type connector, provided with a hollow and cylindrical plug-in connection body (1) which is formed by rolling a conductive metal sheet with elasticity; the upper end of the plug-in connection body is of a trumpet-shaped opening (4), and the plug-in connection body is provided with at least one clamping and locking tightening section; and elongated through holes (2) are formed in the plug-in connection body, the metal sheet between adjacent through holes protrudes into the cylindrical body to form a protruding part (3), top ends of the two protruding parts abut against each other to form a group of elastic contact parts, at least one group of contact parts is arranged, and the contact parts in the same plane are a clamping and locking tightening section. The connector is reliable in contact and firm in connection when being in plug-in connection with a plug, such that touch spark cannot be generated, and the safety is high.
