Abstract:
The present invention provides a structural adhesive tape, comprising: a first adhesive layer, used for being adhered to an adhered object; a first substrate adhered to the first adhesive layer; and first foamer particles distributed within the first adhesive layer. When the structural adhesive tape is heated, the first foamer particles foam so that the first substrate curls from two opposite side edges in the width direction toward a middle part, so that parts of the first adhesive layer at the two side edges detaches from the adhered object while the middle part of the first adhesive layer maintains to be adhered to the adhered object without stripping. When the structural adhesive tape is heated and dried, the first former particles foam so that the structural adhesive tape curls from two opposite side edges in the width direction toward a middle part, which effectively controls a curling direction of the structural adhesive tape. The middle part of the structural adhesive tape maintains to be adhered to the adhered object without stripping, so as to effectively ensure an adhered area, and prevent the structural adhesive tape from detaching from the adhered object in a heating process.
