The structure for bonding a press-molded article according to the present invention is used for bonding two articles that are manufactured by press molding and that have an opening in at least one side of a cross section, the articles being bonded by being joined together with the openings facing each other, wherein a ledge (7) is provided to part or all of the bonding surface by molding a curved convexity (5) which protrudes outward at the distal end section of a vertical wall section (3a) of a lower-side article (3), the distal end section is fitted into an opening in an upper-side article (9) past the ledge (7), and the ledge (7) of the lower-side article (3) and the distal end of a vertical wall section (9a) of the upper-side article (9) are linearly bonded by arc welding.
