Abstract:
A structure equipped with: first and second conductor planes that are arranged on different layers and face each other; first transmission lines (103) that are formed on a different layer from those of the first and second conductor planes, face the second conductor plane, and have an open end at one end; first conductor vias (104) that connect the other end of the first transmission lines (103) with the first conductor plane; second transmission lines (105) that are formed on the same layer as the first transmission lines (103), run parallel to the first transmission lines (103), and have an open end at one end; and second conductor vias (106) that electrically connect the other end of the second transmission lines (105) to the first or the second conductor plane.
