Title:
STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTION BETWEEN INTEGRATED PANEL AND FLUID DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/033299
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A structure for connection between an integrated panel and a fluid device, in which excellent sealing ability can be maintained almost without requiring retightening and in which workability in assembling them is improved. Annular projections (11, 21) are formed at a first and a second fluid supply/discharge opening (1A, 2A) to communicate an integrated panel (1) and a valve (2) with each other with circular tube-like fluid paths (16, 19) maintained in a sealed state by annular gaskets (G). A gasket (G) is made from a fluorocarbon resin and has a pair of annular grooves (51, 51), formed at an outer diameter side section of a fluid route (W), prepared so as to fit to each of the annular projections (11, 21). The structure has a maintenance means (I) that pulls the integrated panel (1) and the valve (2) together and maintains a joining state where the annular projections (11, 21) of the first and the second supply/discharge opening (1A, 2A) and the annular grooves (51) of the gasket (G) are fitted to each other to form a fitting seal section (10).
