Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a phosphor member (12) having a phosphor layer that emits fluorescence due to excitation light radiated from a light source (7); a fan (15) for blowing cooling air to the phosphor member (12); and a duct (16), which partitions an internal space from an external space, said internal space having the phosphor member (12) disposed therein, and which guides the cooling air blown from the fan (15) to the phosphor member (12).
