Abstract:
The depth of a side surface (14) of a portion located about the longitudinal center of a cover plate (10) is made greater than that of another side surface (12). The cover plate (10) is previously warped toward a base (20). The height of a side surface of the cover plate for the base (20) is gradually increased from an edge toward the center. When the four corners of the cover plate are fastened with screws, reaction force to compression force of a gasket member on the rear side of the cover plate increases the bending rigidity of a portion that is most likely to deflect and where sealing surface pressure is likely to be low. Further, the amount of deflection at the center of the cover plate due to the reaction force to compression force of the gasket member is reduced. This maintains the sealing surface pressure at an appropriate level to reliably seal the inside of a device. Thus, the cover plate is simply fastened by the four screws, productivity is increased, and airtightness is reliably maintained.
