Abstract:
A structure employing dry ice for online cleaning of an air duct, comprising a crawling mechanism, a nozzle mechanism, an electrical control box (80), and a dry ice storage tank (90). The dry ice storage tank (90) is connected to the nozzle mechanism via a dry ice delivery pipe (91). The electrical control box (80) is used to control forward and backward movement of the crawling mechanism, and starting and stopping of the nozzle mechanism. The crawling mechanism is used to carry the nozzle mechanism and to crawl in the air duct, such that the air duct is cleaned by the nozzle mechanism. The structure employing dry ice for online cleaning of an air duct crawls in the air duct by means of the crawling mechanism, and while crawling, sprays dry ice onto the inner wall of the air duct by means of the nozzle mechanism. The dry ice makes strong contact with smoke and tar on the inner wall of the air duct under normal pressure; and accordingly, sublimates so as to cause rapid freezing and expansion, such that the smoke and tar instantaneously freezes until the smoke and tar becomes brittle, shatters after busting, and is then blown away by compressed air. The invention facilitates rapid stripping of the smoke and tar from the inner wall of the air duct, and avoids inconvenience and waste resulting from regularly replacing the air ducts in a tobacco plant.
