Disclosed is a structure for experiencing energy. The structure of the present invention comprises: a unit for user self-generation of electrical energy from exercise energy; a display unit for selectively displaying a variety of consumer electrical and electronic devices in accordance with the amount of energy generated; an audio output unit for outputting an audio signal; and a control unit which executes a self-generated energy-experiencing program, wherein the program includes the steps of selectively displaying and controlling the consumer electrical and electronic devices displayed by the display unit in response to the amount of energy generated by the user self-generation unit, displaying product-related audio-visual content corresponding to the selected electrical and electronic devices in images onto the display unit, outputting audio related to the images being displayed through the audio output unit, and displaying a video advertisement of a product the image of which is being displayed on a split-screen or at a different time. Accordingly, the structure selectively displays operable electrical and electronic devices in response to the amount of self-generated energy and provides audio-visual content related to the selected device to increase enthusiasm for the energy experience.
