Abstract:
Provided is a structure for the front part of a vehicle, the structure comprising a vehicle body main body, a pair of suspension support sections, and a cowl member connected to the pair of suspension support sections. The cowl member is shaped to extend continuously in the vehicle width direction between the pair of suspension support sections and has an inner portion connection section for connecting inner portions, with respect to the vehicle width direction, of the pair of suspension support sections; and a water discharge section provided behind the inner portion connection section with respect to the front-rear direction of the vehicle and discharging water toward a side portion of the vehicle with respect to the vehicle width direction. The thickness of the inner portion connection section is greater than that of the water discharge section.
