Abstract:

A structure which can maintain a characteristic of transmitting or absorbing electromagnetic waves even when an external pressure is applied. The structure (1) is characterized in that a fibrous protruding structure (1b) having the characteristic of transmitting or absorbing electromagnetic waves is formed on a part of a base body (1a), in a status where at least a part of the fiber of the fibrous protruding structure is positioned outside the surface of the base body (1a). The structure is further characterized in that a fibrous protecting material (1c) which at least partially suppresses or prevents the fibrous protruding structure (1b) from falling sideways is provided at a portion where no fibrous protruding structure (1b) is formed on a surface (1a1) of the base body (1a).
