Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to shorten overall work time and to reduce work errors in work from design of equipment or piping or the like to placing an order with contractors and estimation work by the contractors. [Solution] Provided is a system comprising: a means for creating equipment or piping of a building on a design plan; a means for outputting point group data and 3-D design information data from the design plan; a means for outputting component types and quantities from the point group data and 3-D design information from the design plan; a means for displaying the component types and quantities and displaying work items which are required for construction; a means for prompting for input of data which relates to unit prices for each of the component types, prompting for input of data which relates to unit prices and work-hours required for the work items, and transmitting to an inputted server; a means for calculating estimate amounts on the basis of the data which is acquired from the input means; a means for displaying the estimate amounts from a plurality of contractor-side terminals on a customer-side terminal; a means for selecting any one of the estimate amounts; and a means for transmitting the selected result to the plurality of contractor-side terminals.
