Abstract:
In installation of a nozzle cap (6), covering above around an igniting portion (3), on the upper part of a device body (2), the device body (2) has first engagement reception portions (26) on the outer surfaces of supports (23) for supporting a file wheel (51), a second engagement reception portion (27) at the rear end lower parts of the supports (23), and receiving portions (28) for restricting a pivoting range of a flame length regulating member (32). The nozzle cap (6) has first engagement portions (66) for coming off prevention on both sidewalls (61), the first engagement portion being engageable with the first engagement reception portions (26); second engagement portions (67) for expansion and opening prevention on the rear portion lower end of both side walls, the second engagement portion engaging with the second engagement reception portion (27) from the inside; latching portions (68) on the front portion of both sidewalls, the latching portion being bent inward and latched on the receiving portions (28) from the forward; and insertion portions (69) for expansion and opening prevention on the top rear part, the insertion portions extending to the file wheel (51) and being latched between side wheels (52). The structure reliably prevents the nozzle cap from coming off by deformation etc. caused by a falling impact.
