Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a structure for preventing fabric from fraying that can achieve a good texture and good appearance while preventing fray from a cut edge. [Solution] This structure for preventing fabric 1 from fraying has at least one strip of fibrous thermoplastic resin 20 linearly arranged along a cut edge 10 or cut scheduled edge of the fabric 1 at a predetermined distance from the cut edge 10 or cut scheduled edge, wherein an interlaced part 2a of foundation yarn 2 constituting the fabric 1 is impregnated with the thermoplastic resin 20.
